The CUSTOMER will find on the website www.fruttidibosco.store products sold by Frutti di Bosco®. At the time of ordering, the CUSTOMER expressly accepts these general conditions for purchase.
These conditions govern purchases made on the website www.fruttidibosco.store, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 and Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 on electronic commerce
ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
With these general terms and conditions of sale, the website sells and the CUSTOMER remotely purchases the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the website www.fruttidibosco.store. The contract is concluded exclusively through the internet, by the CUSTOMER's access to the address www.fruttidibosco.store and the placement of an order for purchase according to the procedure provided by the website itself.The CUSTOMER undertakes to review, before confirming their order, these general terms and conditions of sale, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by Frutti di Bosco®.
ARTICLE 2 - PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER - ART. 49 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 206/2005
Before concluding the purchase contract, the CUSTOMER reviews the characteristics of the goods illustrated in the individual product cards at the time of the CUSTOMER's selection.Before confirming the order with an "obligation to pay", the CUSTOMER is informed of the following:
- the total price of the goods, including taxes, with the detail of shipping costs and any other costs;
- payment methods;
- the deadline by which Frutti di Bosco® undertakes to deliver the goods;
- the conditions, terms, and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (art. 6 of these conditions) as well as the standard withdrawal form pursuant to Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014;
- information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal;

the existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for the goods purchased;

conditions of after-sales support and commercial guarantees provided by Frutti di Bosco.
The CUSTOMER may at any time, and in any case before the conclusion of the contract, become aware of the information relating to Frutti di Bosco®, the geographical address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address, information that is also provided below:

ARTICLE 3 - CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT
The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the accuracy of the personal data contained in the above email and to promptly communicate to Frutti di Bosco® any corrections/modifications to be made.
Frutti di Bosco® undertakes to describe and present the items sold on the website in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies, or small differences between the product depicted on the website and the actual product may occur. In addition, the photographs of the products presented on www.fruttidibosco.store do not constitute a contractual element, as they are considered only representative.
Frutti di Bosco® undertakes to ship the merchandise within 30 days from the date of the order.
ARTICLE 4 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of the products refers to their actual availability at the time the CUSTOMER places the order. Such availability must be considered purely indicative, however, since:
- the products may be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order confirmation due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site,
- there may be a computer anomaly that makes a product available for purchase that is actually not.
Cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods may also occur. In such cases, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the unavailable product or products, and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed via email. In this email, the customer will also be informed of the methods and timing of the refund of any amounts paid.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT METHODS
Any payment by the CUSTOMER can only be made by means of the credit cards indicated on the website www.fruttidibosco.store.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the items will be reserved for a maximum of 72 hours. The order will only be processed upon receipt of the amount in the Frutti di Bosco bank account.
In any case, communications related to payment and data communicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of payment are made on dedicated secure lines. Payment security with Credit Card is guaranteed through VBV (
Verified by Visa) and Mastercard SecureCode protocols.
ARTICLE 6 - PRICES AND INVOICING
All prices on the website www.fruttidibosco.store are in Euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are explicitly highlighted and added to the total cost of the order before the CUSTOMER confirms the purchase.
Frutti di Bosco® reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time, without notice. However, the price charged to the CUSTOMER will be the price indicated on the website at the time of the order.
The CUSTOMER will receive an electronic invoice for the purchase, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
ARTICLE 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Frutti di Bosco® ships the merchandise via express courier, to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of registration.
Shipping costs are charged to the CUSTOMER and are explicitly highlighted and added to the total cost of the order before the CUSTOMER confirms the purchase.
The merchandise is delivered on working days only, from Monday to Friday. The delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the merchandise and are estimated between 3 and 7 working days from the date of shipment.
In the event of damage to the packaging or any problems with the merchandise received, the CUSTOMER must immediately notify Frutti di Bosco® by email at the address indicated on the website, attaching any relevant photographic documentation.
ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
All products sold on www.fruttidibosco.store are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.
If the CUSTOMER is not satisfied with the products purchased, they have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, without providing any reasons and without any penalty. The CUSTOMER must promptly notify Frutti di Bosco® by email at the address indicated on the website, and follow the instructions provided for the return.
The merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging and with all the accessories and any documentation. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise, except in cases where the merchandise is defective or does not comply with the order.
Frutti di Bosco® will refund the amount paid by the CUSTOMER, including shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise.
ARTICLE 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website www.fruttidibosco.store, as well as all the content and materials contained therein, are the exclusive property of Frutti di Bosco® or its suppliers, and are protected by Italian and international laws on intellectual property.
It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use, in any form and for any purpose, the contents of the website and its materials without the prior written authorization of Frutti di Bosco®.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contract between Frutti di Bosco® and the CUSTOMER is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of the contract will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
