Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days.

If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

(We recommend keeping the box for the first 15 days after receiving the product)

To complete your return, depending on the case, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

(This applies mainly to purchases made in physical stores. If you purchased from the website, this will not be necessary as we will have automatic confirmation of your purchase.)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing components, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

(Tips: To avoid damage to the product, simply place the screws in a tissue and seal it with a piece of tape, tie the structure and components on it with adhesive tape, there is no need to reuse the nylon, and put everything back in the original box. If the original box is not available, please use packaging that completely covers the product, as this will make a full refund easier.)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request and, in case of approval, we will agree on the refund method.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transportation.

The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
